📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage airline tickets for domestic and international flights.
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate records of passenger information and reservations.
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated with the latest travel regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance passenger satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airport ticketing or a related role.
- Familiarity with airline ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of local travel regulations and procedures.
- Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
