As a Community & KOL Management Intern, you'll be at the heart of our gaming ecosystem, working closely with our community managers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create engaging content, organize events, and foster a thriving community. You'll use tools like Discord, Facebook Groups, and Instagram to connect with players, while also getting hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Tableau to analyze community engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and growing our gaming communities on platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, and Instagram.
• Engage with and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify our brand and reach.
• Organize and participate in gaming events, tournaments, and live streams.
• Create and curate engaging content for our communities, including guides, news, and behind-the-scenes looks.
• Analyze community engagement data using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement community-focused campaigns.
• Assist in managing social media accounts for our gaming communities.
• Support the community team in developing and implementing community strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or content creation.
• Familiarity with gaming communities and platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, and Instagram.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Passion for gaming and digital platforms.
