📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value-added services.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high-quality standards and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and supplier management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
