📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and catering staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage the banquet budget and ensure it is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and mentor junior banquet staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and beverage service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of banquet events and customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and event planning best practices.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
  • Valid food and beverage service license or certification.
