📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for mixed development projects.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance of M&E systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in M&E engineering.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a focus on mixed development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability programs is a plus.
