You'll work closely with our team of baristas, store managers, and support staff to ensure that each outlet operates at peak efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple coffee shop outlets in Jakarta Raya, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels using tools like QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and standard operating protocols to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Train and develop store managers and staff to ensure consistent service quality across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies to all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and tools like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations is a plus.
