PT Tunas Raya is looking for a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branch management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitoring and reporting on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.,Providing leadership and support to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong understanding of branch management, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on improving branch performance and profitability.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to provide support and guidance to branch staff.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
