Salon Dewi Bakso is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we find the best talent for our team.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address any HR-related issues or concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
