Assist in managing customer inquiries and support requests,Provide technical assistance to customers regarding our sales applications,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies,Assist in data entry and maintenance of customer records,Support the sales team in preparing presentations and reports,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions,Assist in the organization of sales events and customer meetings,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our sales applications and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field,Basic knowledge of sales applications and customer support systems,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
