Satellite Office is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our remote team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs that align with our brand identity and client requirements. As a Senior Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from brand identities to digital marketing campaigns, and will be expected to bring your creative vision to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain our brand identity and visual style guide,Create high-quality designs for print and digital media, including websites, social media graphics, and advertising materials,Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our work,Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and concise explanations of our design decisions,Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality,Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve our design process and workflow

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills and expertise,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,Experience with digital marketing and social media design, including the ability to create engaging and shareable content,Strong understanding of brand identity and visual style guides, and the ability to develop and maintain them,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with clients and internal teams,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality,A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients
