📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT department.,Provide training and support to new employees to ensure they are proficient in using the company's IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security and data protection measures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
