📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and train operational staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions.,Develop and maintain operational documentation and manuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
