📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the organization of fleet documentation and records.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
