Oversee all aspects of ship operations, including navigation, safety, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and maintain ship's equipment and systems.,Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Plan and execute voyage schedules and routes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ship operations and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited or Limited).,Proven track record of safe and efficient ship operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ship's equipment and systems.,Good knowledge of navigation and chart plotting.
