📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage medical insurance claims with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and policyholders to resolve claims and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize claims management software such as ClaimWorks or similar to streamline the claims process.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims to identify and mitigate risks and fraud.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in claims processing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of claims processing policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued high quality of claims processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in the medical insurance industry.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving complex claims with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and claims processing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Familiarity with claims management software such as ClaimWorks or similar is highly desirable.
