• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Manage customer data and interactions using Salesforce and Zendesk to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and sales processes.
• Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences to recommend relevant products and services.
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure consistent high standards of customer service and sales support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing customer data and interactions using CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish) being a plus.
• Certification in customer service or sales support is a plus.
