Food Cloud Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Madiun. We are a growing company in the food industry, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to help us build and maintain a strong, motivated, and diverse workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing resumes.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
