📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives by promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Development roles, preferably in the construction or development industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
