As an IT Technical Support Specialist (Field), you will be the go-to person for all things technical in our retail stores. Your daily tasks will include installing and configuring IT equipment, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our stores run smoothly. You'll work closely with our retail teams to provide seamless customer experiences.

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT equipment in retail stores.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
