📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships with distributors and retailers.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the pet food industry.
Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to provide actionable insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the pet food market.
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the pet food industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as Salesforce, CRM systems, and Excel.
Familiarity with the pet food industry and modern trade (MT) strategies.
Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
