📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Monitoring departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborating with senior management to align departmental objectives with company-wide initiatives.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Representing the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the department's success and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with HR management and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
