📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Provide HR support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
