📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of students.,Create lesson plans, conduct classes, and provide feedback to students.,Mentor and support other tutors to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality education.,Monitor student progress and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of training programs with overall educational goals.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using educational software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
