📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate development projects in collaboration with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to identify opportunities for economic and social development.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with IDA's strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other engagement activities to build capacity and promote community involvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of development initiatives.
• Stay updated with regional and national development trends, and propose innovative solutions to address emerging challenges.
• Represent IDA in various forums and events, both locally and nationally, to advocate for the organization's mission and vision.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing development projects in a regional or national context.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's development policies and programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with development planning tools and software such as GIS, M&E frameworks, and project management tools like MS Project.
• Certification in development planning or project management is a plus.
