📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design learning programs and materials that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design solutions to address them effectively.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
