📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and high customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Participate in promotions and events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
