📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and analyze patient samples, including blood, urine, and other specimens.,Record and report test results in a timely manner.,Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care.,Assist in training and mentoring junior laboratory staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.,Certification from a reputable laboratory accreditation body (e.g., CLIA, CAP).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
