📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to the telemarketing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.
  • Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
