📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.,Ensure all food is prepared and served on time to meet customer expectations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle food costs and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Good understanding of inventory management and food costs.
