The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops in person or virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
