📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Managing inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.,Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems and procedures.,Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
