🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spatial planning or a related field.
• Proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of spatial regulations and land use planning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian spatial planning laws and regulations.
• Certification in spatial planning or a related field is a plus.
