Prefab Technology Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Production Planning Engineer to join our precast concrete production team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing the production processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of precast concrete products. If you are passionate about precast technology and have a strong background in production planning, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.,Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.,Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the production team.,Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in the precast concrete industry.,Strong knowledge of precast concrete production processes and technologies.,Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in the construction industry.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
