📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, ensuring that reports align with their strategic goals.
• Create and present clear, concise, and visually appealing reports that highlight KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analytics and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and tax data, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Support the team in developing and implementing new business processes and tools to enhance reporting efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
