📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for guests.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and detergents to maintain cleanliness.
• Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the supervisor.
• Prepare rooms for new guests, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily cleaning targets.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
